Inspection details
Up to 750 photos per inspection. Report copies are resized and saved separately on this phone. Keep original photos where needed and export a backup before leaving the page.
Interim inspection questions
Answer every question before exporting. Choose Not assessed when you cannot verify something. Record supporting details in the notes or photo captions.
Cover photo
Upload a photo of the property for page one of the PDF. This is additional to the 750 inspection photos.
Rooms and areas
Add each area, then take photos or choose existing photos. Each attached photo appears as a thumbnail below its room. Wait for processing to finish. Add a note only when needed. Original photo times are retained when available; file dates are labelled separately and can be corrected.

Finish and transfer
Save a transfer file, copy it to your OneDrive, then import it into the matching rental file in the hub. Update the Windows hub before importing maintenance photos or interim answers. Keep the transfer file until you have checked the report.
